It's been a depressing few days with the sick bunny, so I thought I'd take a sec and post some funny things before I forget them.....
The Abby Funny of the Week:
"Abby, what are you going to be for Halloween?" :::handing her a costume magazine::::
"I don't know. Maybe a good witch? Are there any good witch costumes?"
"This princess dress would work out great."
"But Mommy, how do you know it's a witch?"
"Cuz she floats!!!!"
...... so here I am, cracking myself TOTALLY up with my Monty Python schtick, and my only audience is a 6 year looking at me like I'm losing my mind.
Sometimes, it is veeeeeery lonely being a stay at home mom. Mostly cuz nobody but me gets my jokes.
The Evie Funny of the Week:
Evie is in my lap on my right leg. Abby is sick, sobbing, in my lap on my left leg. I'm trying to hold Evie to me while patting Abby's back with my other hand. Evie looks at me, then watches me pat Abby on the back... And she smiles that CUTE little 6 tooth grin (did I mention that we got TWO MORE TEETH??) and then she starts patting Abby on the head.
"Oooooh, Evie!" I say, all Motherly-Pride. "What a good sister you are to pat-pat Abby to help her feel better!"
Evie smiles and scrunches her nose :::::pat pat pat pat pat:::::: and then she giggles and PULLS!!!!!!! Poor Abby screeches as a fistful of hair is ripped from her 104.5 degree scalp.
Oh yeah, Evie is definitely David's daughter. If you look closely, you can see the horns.
